Can I get a refund if COVID-19 levels change and I can no longer attend the retreat?

If you need to change or cancel your retreat attendance due to COVID-19 alert level changes, we will first endeavour to find an alternative date. If we are not able to find a new date to suit, we will honour a full refund.

Do I need to be vaccinated for any retreat?

Yes, we are vaccinated too. We will need to sight your vaccine pass upon arrival.

What COVID-19 level can retreats operate in?

We are able to operate safely under LEVEL 2, following the guidelines outlined by the Ministry of Health.

What is your cancellation policy for retreat bookings?

There is a no refund policy, however, you can postpone to another available date if necessary.

How many people can I have at my RETREATME in-house event?

We do not limit the number of people however recommend that the space does allow for all of our activities to be comfortable and adequate. We recommend up to 20 people depending on the size of the location.

Can my RETREATME event be held anywhere in NZ?

Absolutely! There may be additional travel costs for Kerryn and Bridy travelling outside of the Auckland region, please inquire before making your booking by emailing info@kerrynandbridy.co.nz

How many people can I expect on a Seasonal Weekend Retreat?

Up to 8 people, these are designed for smaller groups.

What are your NZ delivery rates?

The delivery rates for all of NZ (including rural delivery addresses is $9.95(incl GST).

Do you deliver to overseas addresses?

Yes, however postage costs will be much higher tracked. Please email info@kerrynandbridy.co.nz before placing the order for a quote.

What packaging do you provide?

Every product purchased is packaged with the environment in mind. We try our utmost to avoid plastic and choose recyclable materials.

What is your return policy for products?

We wish to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product is faulty you may return your item/s purchased for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item/s shall be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. (A photo of the faulty item may be requested in lieu of it being returned upon the agreement of both parties.)

  • To initiate the return, contact info@kerrynandbridy.co.nz and provide full details of the product, reason for return, your nominated bank account and your contact details.

  • Shipping charges for ‘returns’ are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the product being returned.

  • Refunds will be made to your nominated bank account or a replacement item will be sent if that is your preference.

  • Faulty goods are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

 

How long before I get my product?

Orders are processed and posted Monday to Friday.

Orders which are paid for before 9am will be taken to the courier depot that day.

Payments for orders received after 9am on Friday will be taken to the courier depot on the next working day (Monday).

You can expect to get your order within 2-4 working days from the order date.

Rural deliveries can take an extra 1-2 working days.

You will receive an email from Kerryn and Bridy with the tracking number of your parcel. You can follow the delivery of your parcel from our address to yours, through this tracking number.

How can I pay for my order?

We use Squarespace/Google to process payments. We accept: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX

We do not offer a cash-on-delivery option or payment terms after delivery.

All prices include GST.

Can I make a purchase over the phone?

Phone purchases can be made by ringing our contact number. We can send you an invoice by email. All products must be paid for in advance of delivery.

Do you have a K&B gift card?

Yes, we have a gift card which is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and weddings etc.

The value of the card is what you choose to place on it. The card must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase, otherwise, it will expire. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. An E-gift card can be emailed to the recipient and can be redeemed online.

Can I exchange a gift I have received that was purchased online?

We will exchange a gift purchased online provided:

  • It is exchanged for another product of the same or greater value

  • It is returned to us in its original packaging accompanied by a receipt

  • It is exchanged within 7 days of purchase
