To celebrate your birthday you gathered your tribe and gave THEM the gift of self-care and a hangover free Saturday!
For your birthday party you and your girls flowed gently through a day of dreamy Hatha Yoga and oracle card readings with Cherish, sumptuous essential oil and aromatherapy creations with Kerryn, a nourishing nervous system reset with Kimmy who guided us through different types of breathwork, heart warming cacao sharing and much more!
It was beautiful observing the connections you all made and seeing you off out the door calm and filled up with joy at the end of the day.
Kerryn and I love creating space for friends to take time out for themselves together in nourishing, health focused ways. This event was hosted at Studio Cassini in Newmarket and cutie pie Isobel Taylor Photography captured the moments.
